One final piece of (upgrade) luck....
When I checked into my room it turned out my airco as well as my bath were defect. All I wanted as compensation was a 7PM check out. What I got was a 7PM check out and my final suite upgrade of this trip. Excellent service here at the Fairmont Norfolk. At least I am ending it in style.
